Dear Comrades,

Due to efforts made by all, JAC could be revived with a hope that most of the cadres related common problems can be solved. JAC was revived at last. Common charter of demands was finalized. We asked the Board to solve the problems. By putting personal influence two meetings were held. One meeting was with Chairman and other one was with Revenue Secretary. Minutes of meeting held with Chairman was circulated by Board. In the minutes only promises were made to consider the issues, but till date nothing has been solved. Now it is essential to put pressure to solve the issues. We have to submit one representation commenting each and every point. We have repeatedly requested all to comments points wise, but all maintain silence. Once again all are requested to submit your opinion on the minutes.
